2021 YII Going Digital Awards in Digital Infrastructure — Winner of Founders' Pride Award

At the Year in Infrastructure Conference held on December 1-2, 2021, Bentley Systems announced the results of the 2021 Going Digital Awards in Infrastructure, including 19 category awards and 22 Founders' Pride Awards. This annual event honors Bentley users for their outstanding contributions to global infrastructure design, construction and operation, with the Founders' Pride Awards presented to organizations or individuals making notable contributions to infrastructure advancement and/or environmental and social development goals.

       With 230 organizations participating, the "Offshore Oil Gathering and Transportation Platform FPSO Digital Twin Project," in which our company participated, won the Founders' Pride Award.

Located in the South China Sea, the project aims to achieve environmentally friendly, scientific and efficient operation of the floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) unit integrating production, oil storage and offloading. Initiated jointly by CNOOC Energy Development Design & R&D Center and Engineering Co., Ltd., it carries out full-process digital construction with the participation and assistance of Meshdynamics (Beijing) Information Technology Co., Ltd.

The project collects data through optical, laser, thermal infrared and other technologies, and constructs an ultra-high-precision integrated indoor-outdoor real-scene 3D model of the deep-sea FPSO through multi-person fusion post-processing, forming visual data for the real-scene center information system. This supports the access of all platform's indoor and outdoor data to the digital intelligent management system, helping improve the operational efficiency of various platforms in the offshore oil system, enhance safety assurance, reduce personnel offshore density, and realize full-lifecycle digital simulation, monitoring and safety guarantee.
